The Shrine is a quest location that holds the World Scroll. It is surrounded by Rough Waters that instantly summon a Sea Serpent upon detecting a player ship (meaning that you can geppo without it spawning a Sea Serpent).
It is located in between North and Northeast from Reverse Mountain.
Here, the player can find the World Scroll, used to open the Second Sea gate by talking to Gatekeeper Puff. The scroll takes 10 minutes to respawn after taken.
The location looks like a Japanese torii gate. You need to be level 300+ to grab the scroll and level 325+ to open the gate to the second sea.
