The Bandit Boss is the first of many bosses you'll encounter through out the game. He is located in the Town of beginnings, the starting island, surrounded by his mob of bandits which players may have to take out before getting to him. If you don't want to deal with the bandit mob you can simply aggro the boss then run until the normal bandits lose interest, as the Bandit Boss has a longer interest range than the mob bandits.
