Dullahan is a fighting style which is only obtainable through rolling the Dullahan Race. It is only available through the Halloween Event (2023/2024), since it is also available during 2024, it is assumed that it'll be available for the following Halloween Events. If you roll Dullahan and get the title you can obtain it after the event has ended.
After the player race rerolls for Dullahan, they need to travel to Transylvania Island and find the teacher, V Kirishima, The Shadow of Halloween, who resides in a village across the bridge of where the gate of True Demon Ba'al spawns, to learn the fighting style. The fighting style is free on the initial purchase. After the Halloween 2023 Event, V Kirishima, The Shadow of Halloween has been relocated to Thriller Bark. You can see him standing next to a stack of stones near the Blood Queen.
When progressing through obtaining each move, you need to defeat Wandering Souls around the map. it costs +10 (so 1st move is 10, 2nd move is 20, etc.) wandering souls for each move, and costs no peli. For the entire moveset you will need 150 wandering souls in total.
Dullahan gives 15% total stamina boost.

Pro's
- Every move scales off of fighting style mastery.
- Skeletons can help apply pressure for m1 or weapons that block breaks (ace, yoru, neptune trident, kikoku, etc.)
- Skeletons also drag aggro off of you for PvE.
- Will O' Wisp is great for PvE and PvP but only if it isnt blocked.
Con's
- Almost every move is blockable and punishable on stamina if wasted.
- No mobility in moveset.
- Skeletons move at a slow speed, can only do damage by m1, and have little health.
- Will O' Wisp has a way shorter range, compared to Mera's fireflies, and detonate by itself if it doesnt hit a target or obstacle.
