Sky Town (District 3) is a level 135+ Island Cloud in Skypiea.
It has no enemy NPC, but holds the quests for defeating Malcolm and Malcolm's Undermen.
It is not recommended to waste your time here and at Malcolm's Lair, as it is much slower leveling than Sky Castle.
